Whether you are thinking ahead, or navigating a matter that has already begun, Zuriat has a service shaped to where you are.
Back to HomeOur Approach
How We Work With Families
Every engagement at Zuriat begins with listening. Before we recommend any arrangement, we take time to understand your family's circumstances — the assets involved, the relationships at stake, and what outcome you are hoping for. Only then do we explain which of our services fits, and how we would approach the work.
Step 1
Initial Conversation
A quiet, unhurried discussion about your situation. No pressure to decide anything during this meeting.
Step 2
Recommendation & Fees
We confirm which service applies, explain the process, and provide fees in writing before work begins.
Step 3
Preparation & Completion
We handle the documentation, authority liaison, and provide a written record for your family at the end.
